Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied if the number of guests is changed (reduced) within one week of staying.
If you want to change the number of people, please be sure to contact us at least one week before the date of use.

* Regarding the use of the hotel
No shoes are allowed on the guest rooms and terrace.
Please take off your shoes at the entrance, use slippers indoors, and use your own sandals on the terrace.
Please be sure to wear a bathing suit when using the open-air bath or sauna.
When checking out, please be sure to wash the dishes and return to the current state of the facility.
This facility is a rental villa, so meals are not included.
Bringing in dangerous goods unrelated to leisure and daily life is prohibited.
Please be considerate of those who live nearby, day or night.
We are not responsible for any troubles with neighboring residents.
Please note that you may be asked to leave the room if there is a complaint or report from a neighbor.
(Especially pay attention to the volume on the terrace after 21:00 pm)
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by drinking alcohol.
Please cooperate in separating garbage.
If you are vomited due to drunkenness, indoors or outdoors, special cleaning is required, so we will charge an additional 11,000 yen (tax included) as a cleaning fee.

The basic charge for this facility is a charter charge for 4 people.
