■About reservations
Q: When can I make a reservation?
Reservations are generally taken on the first day of six months in advance, for one month at a time.

Q. Can I make a reservation on the day?
Reservations are accepted until 12:00 noon on the day of check-in.
Please check the availability calendar (reservation site link) for the latest availability information.
Q. Are children included in the number of guests?
Children of elementary school age or younger are not counted in the guest count and can stay for free.
Q.Is there a cancellation fee?
The cancellation policy is as follows:
Within 48 hours of payment: Full refund
48 hours to 7 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
6 days to the day before: 75% of the accommodation fee
On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
No-show without notice: 100% of accommodation fee
Q. Can the number of people be changed?
Please note that any changes (reductions) in the number of guests made within one week of your stay will be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you wish to change the number of people, please contact us at least one week before the date of use. Please fill in your name, the date of your stay, and the details of the change and contact us using the inquiry form.
Q. Can I check in early/check out late?
The charge is 5,500 yen (tax included) per hour.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation status before and after.
We cannot accommodate requests on the day, so please make sure to contact us at least one day before your stay.
Q. Can I stay with pets?
Pets are welcome to stay at our hotel.
We charge 6,600 yen (tax included) per pet.
Please choose from the options when booking.
■About the facility
Q.Can I smoke?
Open flames are strictly prohibited in the hotel.
Please refrain from smoking or littering as this may cause a fire hazard.
Thank you for your understanding.
Q.Are there any seasonings?
There are no condiments provided.
Please bring it with you.
Q.Are there any amenities?
We will provide toothbrush sets, cotton pads, and cotton swabs for the number of people in the room. We do not provide pajamas or gowns, so please bring your own.
Q.Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available.
The ID and password are listed in the bookmark provided at the museum, so please feel free to use it.
■How to use during your stay
Q. How do I check in?
This hotel has self check-in.
When the time comes, you can enter the room with the smart key. The number key will be sent to you by email the day before your stay, so please check it.
Q. Can I get some extra towels?
We will provide one face towel and one bath towel for the number of guests staying. We do not provide additional towels. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Can I use it for filming?
The museum also caters for commercial photography.
